OFRENDA ("offering") is a Mexican tradition of setting up an altar on Dia de Los Muertos, Day of the Dead, for those we have lost. Altars are decorated with marigolds to honor and welcome the souls of the dead home.
It is a celebration to honor our loved ones that have transitioned from our world to the next; a time to grieve our loss and celebrate the lives that were lived. Ofrendas are put up on October 30th and 31st and are taken down November 2nd.
This fragrance is both cozy and strong, a unisex scent that matches the warm wood of a mahogany altar with the floral musk of marigolds and top notes of bergamot to round it out.
